When it’s your business, it’s also your printer, your envelopes and your trip to the post office. The invoices that need to go out are competing with the job that pays for them, and the toner always runs out on the day you need it.
And when a customer asks when it was sent, the answer is a guess.
PostMyDoc Business gives you the mailroom without the hire. Build the week’s run in the portal, each customer’s invoice to its own envelope, and every envelope is followed and certified. No subscription, no fees and no minimums: you pay per envelope.
As small or as big as the day needs
- A batch, or the odd letter. Up to 100 envelopes in one order, when the invoices pile up.
- Each customer’s own documents. The invoice and the statement together, a different set for every recipient.
- Black and white or colour. Colour for the letters that carry your brand.
- Tracking or a signature when it counts. Standard Post for routine mail, tracking or Registered Post with Signature for the important ones.

Small business, same proof
A certificate for every envelope
Each envelope gets its own Document Handling Certificate, a chain of custody: when its documents were received and encrypted, when it was enveloped (where that is recorded), when it was lodged with Australia Post, and when its documents were permanently deleted. Anyone you share it with can check its ID and fingerprint against PostMyDoc’s records on the public verify page, without an account. Delivery is not on the certificate. You follow delivery on the envelope’s timeline in your portal, in the email notifications and on Australia Post tracking.

Your portal shows each envelope’s progress, with email notifications and the tracking number for tracked services.
Your documents, deleted
Encrypted in transit and at rest, printed once, and permanently deleted within 24 hours of dispatch. We keep no archive, and a copy caught in a routine server backup stays encrypted and ages out within 30 days.

Questions we get asked
What do I get that the standard service doesn’t have?
In one account: the order builder for batches, with each recipient’s own documents if you need them; Registered Post and Express Post with Signature; a Document Handling Certificate for every envelope; encryption at rest; a shared address book; team logins; PO numbers and cost centres on branded invoices and monthly statements; and volume pricing.
Is a business account worth it if I only send a few letters a month?
There is no fee, no subscription and no minimum, so the 7% comes off from your first envelope, and you get the certificate, the portal tracking and the business-only signature services with it.
Do I need an ABN?
Yes, to apply online. A sole trader’s ABN is fine.
What if I take on staff later?
Add them to the account. Everyone on the account has their own login. Your account admin is told about every invite, can require approval for all of them, and sees every order and statement across the account; everyone else sees their own.
