Post a Document from Your Phone
You’ve been using PostMyDoc on the website to skip the printer, the stamps, and the post office queue. Now you can do it all from your phone. Wherever you are, whenever you need to. Upload a PDF, enter an address, pay and voila! It arrives as physical mail via Australia Post. Same business day for orders placed before 2pm AEST.
A post office in your pocket. Same service, same pricing, even easier. Start to finish in under a minute.
How it works
You already know the drill. Upload. We handle the rest. It arrives as physical mail and your document is deleted within 24 hours. The app just makes it even more convenient! PostMyDoc continues to work immensely hard to provide a premium service, bridging the gap between digital convenience and physical reality.
Upload Your PDF
Pick a file straight from your phone. The app detects the pages automatically, so don’t have to manually count ’em.
Choose Print and Postage
Black and white or colour. Standard, Tracked, or Express. You see the exact price before you commit to anything.
Pop in the Recipient’s Address
Start typing and the address autofills. Australian addresses for now, but international sending is coming to the app soon!
Pay However You’d Like
Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay Afterpay or Klarna, all built in. Hit pay and your document’s on its way. Same business day dispatch for orders before 2pm AEST.
That’s it. Then you can go back to whatever you were doing! Imagine having a post office in your pocket. It’s really that easy.
See it in action
The PostMyDoc Mobile App. Pick your print and postage, add the address and it’s posted.

What Makes the App Worth Downloading?
Look. You can still do everything on the website. But the app just removes the last bits of friction. The easy-to-use interface is native to mobile and I mean, not everyone likes websites. We make screen to letterbox as smooth as easy as can be, regardless of the device or platform you use. We’ve built something for everybody.
Outside Australia? Post into it from your phone.
PostMyDoc is on the App Store and Google Play in five more countries. Upload from abroad and we deliver your document to any Australian address, with the same Burn After Reading guarantee.
Posting the other way? Sending from Australia to overseas is on the website today, and coming to the app soon.
Same pricing, no app surcharge
We’re not going to charge you more for using a smaller screen. The app uses the exact same pricing as the website.

Questions about the app
Is the app free?
Yep. Free to download, free to browse around. You only pay when you actually send a document.
Do I need to create an account?
Nope. No account, no login, no password to forget. You can save your sender details on your phone for faster repeat orders if you want, but it’s completely optional.
Can I send from Australia to overseas in the app?
Not yet. Sending from Australia to an overseas address is coming to the app soon. For now you can do it on the website at postmydoc.au/send-documents-internationally. If you’re overseas and posting into Australia, the app already does that in the UK, NZ, Canada, the US and India.
Can I use the app for my business?
Absolutely. The app works for business use right now. Dedicated business features including an address book, volume discounts and business accounts are coming soon. More about business mailing.
What can I upload?
PDF files, up to 20MB. If it’s print-ready, it’s good to go.
How do I pay?
Card, Google Pay, Afterpay or Klarna. All built into the app, no pop-ups or redirects.
Is it secure?
Same as always. Encrypted in transit, printed once, deleted within 24 hours. Your document doesn’t hang around.
