Post invoices online, each in its own envelope
Paste your customer list and every customer’s invoice goes to its own envelope, statement included if you want it, in one order of up to 100 and one checkout. Posted via Australia Post, each envelope followed in your portal.
Orders placed before 2pm AEST are dispatched same business day.
| Order | Date | Envelopes | PO number | Cost centre | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| #3402 | 25 Sep | 38 | PO-2611 | Accounts | $386.97 |
Who still wants it on paper
Plenty of customers do, and some of them pay faster when it arrives in the letterbox.
Month end, one envelope at a time
The accounts package exports the invoices in a minute. Then someone prints thirty-eight of them, folds each into a window envelope, checks the addresses line up, licks the stamps and walks the pile to the post box, on the day they would rather be chasing what’s overdue.
And next month, the same again.
PostMyDoc Business turns month end into one order. Paste the customer list from your export, match each invoice to its customer, and the whole month goes out as one order. Orders placed before 2pm AEST are dispatched same business day.
An order shaped like your ledger
- A different invoice to each customer. Matched recipient by recipient in the order builder.
- The statement in the same envelope. The invoice and the statement together.
- Domestic and overseas customers together. International services in the same order.
- Up to 100 envelopes in one order. A bigger run goes as more than one order.
- Black and white or colour. Colour if your invoices carry your branding.
Every invoice accounted for
Where each invoice is
Each envelope has its own timeline in your portal, with email notifications, and the ones that can’t be delivered show with the reason, so a wrong address doesn’t become a bad debt.
When it was posted
Every certificate records the date it was lodged with Australia Post, and the time where one is recorded, which is the date a customer asks about.
Your own paperwork, reconciled
Put a PO number and cost centre on the order; both land on your PostMyDoc invoice and the monthly statement.
Your customers’ details
Encrypted in transit and at rest, printed once, and permanently deleted within 24 hours of dispatch. The address book keeps the addresses you save, for next month.

Questions we get asked
Do you generate the invoices?
No. You export the invoices from your accounting software and add them to the order, each against its customer. We don’t write, generate or merge documents.
Can we send more than 100 invoices?
One order holds up to 100 envelopes, so a larger run goes as several orders.
Will the address show through a window envelope?
The recipient address comes from the order, not from the invoice, so the address can sit anywhere on the invoice.
Can we see which invoices were delivered?
Tracked services show in transit and delivered in your portal. Untracked mail shows as Posted once it is lodged, and anything that comes back undeliverable shows with the reason.
