PostMyDoc Business is a free, secure document mailing platform for Australian businesses. It lets you focus on your core work, without the hassle of fiddling with envelopes, printer jams, or other tedius manual mail processes.
Every business gets 7% off from day one with the discount automatically increasing as your monthly volume grows. No promo codes, no mucking about. No commitments, subscriptions, minumums or crazy lock-in traps. Upload your PDFs from wherever you are, tell us where they’re going and turn digital files into real mail in just a few clicks. Once you hit send, your documents are printed and enveloped. If you get your order in before 2:00 PM AEST, it’s out the door the same business day.
The Order Builder handles whatever you throw at it. One letter or a serious batch. Different documents and recipients, B&W or colour, Standard, Express or Registered Post, domestic or international: mix it all in one order. Uploaded files are encrypted both in transit and at rest, printed once and permanently deleted within 24 hours of dispatch. For your audit trail, every dispatch comes with a SHA-256 signed, HMAC-verified Document Handling Certificate, available in your dashboard with independent verification. Handy for statutory notices, privileged correspondence and anything else that shouldn’t be sitting on a vendor’s servers or a shared printer in the office.

- Signature postage, business only. Registered Post and Express Post with Signature, proof your document reached a person. From $14.95.
- Encryption at rest. Your documents are encrypted on our servers, not just in transit. Exclusive to PostMyDoc Business.
- A certificate for every envelope. A Document Handling Certificate, signed custody from upload to dispatch to deletion, verifiable on a public endpoint.
- Shared address book and multi-user access. Your whole team on one account. Your Account Admin sees every order and the full statement.
- AP-ready invoices. Capture a PO number and cost centre on every order. Both carry onto your monthly statement.
- Dashboard and statements. Order history, monthly spend, tier progress, and statements on screen whenever you need them.

Who can apply?
Any Australian business that sends physical mail. Legal, medical and allied health, accounting and financial, real estate, HR, government and council, and small business all use PostMyDoc Business.
How long does approval take?
Within one business day. We review every application before an account is opened, so the documents you send are handled the way a business needs.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying is free, and there is no minimum spend, no subscription and no lock-in. You pay per order at your account rate, with 7% off from day one.
Can I add my team later?
Yes. Your account is multi-user. Add colleagues any time and they each get their own login, while your Account Admin sees every order and the full statement.
What if I just need to send one document?
You do not need an account. Use standard checkout to send a single document at standard rates.

At PostMyDoc, privacy and security aren’t buzzwords, they are how the infrastructure is built. Automated deletion runs on a schedule and purges your PDF uploads from our servers permanently, and that is deliberate. That’s our signature Burn After Reading Policy live in action.
