PostMyDoc Business is a free, secure document mailing platform for Australian businesses. It lets you focus on your core work, without the hassle of fiddling with envelopes, printer jams, or other tedious manual mail processes.
Every business gets 7% off from day one with the discount automatically increasing as your monthly volume grows. No promo codes, no mucking about. No commitments, subscriptions, minimums or crazy lock-in traps. Upload your PDFs from wherever you are, tell us where they’re going and turn digital files into real mail in just a few clicks. Once you hit send, your documents are printed and enveloped. Get your order in before 2pm AEST and it’s out the door the same business day.

What your Business Account includes
Everything the standard service does, plus the tools a business needs to send recurring mail and prove it was handled.
- Volume pricing. 7% off every order from day one. Send 15 or more envelopes in a month and the following month is 20% off, add-ons included. Send 60 or more and domestic mail the following month is 30% off. International mail tops out at 20%.
- The any-order-shape order builder. Single letters or batches, the same document to many or different documents to a few, domestic and international in the one order.
- Three business-only signature services. Registered Post and Express Post with Signature within Australia, and International Registered overseas, proof your document reached a person. From $14.95.
- Encryption at rest. Your documents are encrypted on our servers, not just in transit. Exclusive to PostMyDoc Business.
- A certificate for every envelope. A Document Handling Certificate, signed custody from upload to dispatch to deletion, with an ID and fingerprint anyone can check on our public verify page.
- Shared address book and multi-user access. Your whole team on one account. Your Account Admin sees every order and the full statement.
- AP-ready invoices. Capture a PO number and cost centre on every order. Both carry onto your monthly statement.
- Dashboard and statements. Every envelope’s journey from received to delivered, order history, monthly spend, tier progress, and statements on screen whenever you need them.

Black & White rates shown. Colour adds $3.00 to the standard rate of every service, with the same discounts applied. Extra pages over 10 are $0.20 each Black & White and $0.45 colour, and your discount applies to those too. Questions before you apply
Who can apply?
Any business that sends physical mail. Legal, medical and allied health, accounting and financial, real estate, HR, government and council, and small business all use PostMyDoc Business. You need an ABN to apply online; a business outside Australia without one can email business@postmydoc.au to apply by arrangement (more on sending from outside Australia).
How long does approval take?
Within one business day. We review every application before an account is opened, so the documents you send are handled the way a business needs.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying is free, and there is no minimum spend, no subscription and no lock-in. You pay per order at your account rate, with 7% off from day one.
Can I add my team later?
Yes. Your account is multi-user. Add colleagues any time and they each get their own login, while your Account Admin sees every order and the full statement.
What if we only send now and then?
That works. There are no minimums, subscriptions or fees, so the account costs nothing in a month you don’t send. Every order you do place gets 7% off and a certificate for each envelope, and your history and statements stay in one place.

Our Privacy Promise: Burn After Reading
Every document is encrypted in transit and at rest, printed once and permanently deleted within 24 hours, with a signed certificate for every envelope. That is how PostMyDoc Business works for every account, from the first send.
At PostMyDoc, privacy and security aren’t buzzwords, they are how the infrastructure is built. Automated deletion runs on a schedule and purges your PDF uploads from our servers permanently, and that is deliberate. That’s our signature Burn After Reading Policy live in action. Why should your important documents stay on somebody else’s servers? They shouldn’t. So we delete them. That’s our privacy promise. We take document handling seriously.
